How zones unlock
12 zones, from Elwynn Forest to Naxxramas. Only Elwynn Forest is open at first for a new class; win a zone for that class to open the next for that class. Unlocks are per class, not per account — a class that has not beaten VanCleef cannot join a later zone as that class. After a win you can keep fighting in endless mode. Run length grows with the zone band: zones 1–4 end at 16:00, zones 5–8 at 18:00, zones 9–12 at 20:00. Four bosses arrive on the clock before the final boss in each zone.
Sourcing: zone order and final bosses/times below are corroborated by three independent guides. Intermediate boss clocks are single-source (v0.119.0) and are labelled as such — treat them as provisional until a second guide confirms them in v0.120.4.

Which zone should I start in?
Elwynn Forest — it is the only one open on a new save, and its 16-minute clock is the shortest.
Do I unlock zones for all classes at once?
No. A win unlocks the next zone for that class only.
What happens after I beat the final boss?
The next zone opens for that class, and you can keep fighting in endless mode.
